Belt conveyor is the most ideal high-efficiency continuous transportation equipment for coal mines. Compared with other transportation equipment (such as locomotives), it has the advantages of long transportation distance, large transportation volume, continuous transportation, etc., and it is reliable in operation and easy to realize automation and centralization. Control, especially for high-yield and high-efficiency mines, belt conveyors have become the key equipment of coal mining mechatronics technology and equipment.
The main feature of the belt conveyor is that the machine body can be easily extended and contracted. It is equipped with a belt storage bin. The tail of the machine can be extended or shortened with the advancement of the coal mining face. It has a compact structure and can be directly laid on the roadway floor without a foundation. The frame is light and easy to disassemble and assemble. When the transport capacity and transport distance are large, an intermediate drive device can be equipped to meet the requirements. According to the requirements of the conveying process, it can be conveyed by a single machine, or multiple units can be combined with a horizontal or inclined conveying system to convey materials.
Belt conveyors are widely used in metallurgy, coal, transportation, hydropower, chemical industries and other departments because of their advantages such as large transportation capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenance, low cost, and strong versatility.
Belt conveyors are also used in building materials, electric power, light industry, food, ports, ships and other sectors.
1. Close the main power switch, and check whether the power supply of the equipment is fed in normally and whether the power indicator is on. After normal, proceed to the next step.
2. Close the power switch of each circuit and check whether it is normal. In the normal state: the equipment does not operate, the operation indicator of the belt conveyor is off, the power indicator of the inverter and other equipment is on, and the display panel of the inverter displays normally (no fault code display).
3. Start the electrical equipment in turn according to the process flow. After the previous electrical equipment starts normally (the motor or other equipment has reached the normal speed and normal state), then the next electrical equipment is started.
In the operation of the belt conveyor, the article regulations in the design of the conveyed article must be observed, and the design capability of the belt conveyor must be observed. Secondly, it should be noted that all types of personnel are not allowed to touch the moving parts of the belt conveyor, and non-professionals are not allowed to touch electrical components, control buttons, etc. at will. Finally, during the operation of the belt conveyor, it is not possible to disconnect the inverter at the rear stage. If it is determined that the maintenance needs, it must be carried out when the inverter operation is stopped, otherwise the inverter may be damaged.
The belt conveyor operation stops, press the stop button and wait for the system to stop before cutting off the main power supply.
